Shipping

Local Shipping Rates 
Shipping is charged at a fixed rate of SGD$10 per order.
Free registered mail for purchases over SGD$60 in a single order.

Terms & Conditions
1. Our dispatch team will take 2 - 3 working days to pack and arrange for dispatch of your parcel following successful receipt of your order
2. Delivery timeframes across all options listed above are from 9am to 10pm daily exclusive of Weekends or Public Holidays
3. Additional charges for re-delivery will be applicable after one non-successful attempt

International Shipping Rates 

International orders typically arrive between 7 to 15 working days and is fixed at SGD$20 per order for all countries.

Returns

At Hoodman, we accept returns for the following reasons :

1. An incorrect item

2. A defective item

Please note that we do not accept returns if the size doesn't fit you as measurements are clearly stated on the webstore. 

Customers must drop us an email within 7 working days upon receiving their parcel and all returns should be received by our returns department within an additional 7 working days from the above date. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition (without any stains, fragrances, scents including detergent and perfume) or any form of disarray that warrants the item unsuitable for resale.

We regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept items that do not meet these requirements.
